Please note that this name and address must match the original name and address used to make the booking (If the name and/or address on the booking have/has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name and address but reserve the right to request ID. for the modified name and address in addition). If there are any issues with verification in any way, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.
There is a security deposit of GBP 250 which can be charged from when the property is booked. The card used to pay for the damage deposit must be the same as the card used to pay for the booking. Before / upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the original details provided at the time of booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the name and address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter / access the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

家有嬰幼兒的家長要小心！疾病管制署（疾管知名訂房網署）今日表示，南部一名女嬰上月 11 日剛出生、15 日高燒住院，經檢查後發現血小板低下、肝功能異常，之後更出現多重器官衰竭，19 日通報為腸病毒併發重症、檢驗後確認為克沙奇 B3 型，雖住院治療仍不敵病情惡化速度，住院不到兩周、不幸於上月 27 日死亡，成為今年首件未滿月女嬰因腸病毒重症身亡的案例。
據疾管署監測資料顯示，自上月 30 日至本月 5 日，全國腸病毒門診就診人數達 11047 人次，較前一周略降，新增 1 例克沙奇B3型腸病毒併發重症死亡確定病例。今年累計共 7 例重症個案（其中一例死亡），其中 3 例感染克沙奇 A6 型、2 例伊科病毒 5 型、克沙奇 A2 型及克沙奇 B3 型各 1 例。
疾管署表示，經衛生單位調查，女嬰母親生產前後皆住在家中，且生產前一周未出入公共場所，女嬰同住家人也都無疑似症狀，同住兄弟姊妹暑期安親班也無感染腸病毒之幼童，且接生女嬰之婦產科的醫護、工作人員與嬰兒室的嬰兒也都未出現不適，目前仍在調查感染源。並請家屬進行住家環境消毒、加強洗手等防治工作、持續注意家中成員健康狀況，若有疑似症狀應盡速就醫。
此外，疾管署也呼籲，5 歲以下嬰幼兒為重症高危險群，因腸病毒傳染力強、目前又正值腸病毒流行期，若大人探視新生兒時應避免直接觸摸嬰兒，且需配戴口罩與正確洗手，降低感染新生兒的機會，家中有嬰幼兒的家長，工作或外出返家務必先更衣，摟抱、餵食嬰幼兒前，亦應以肥皂正確洗手。若嬰幼兒出現嗜睡、意識不清、活力不佳、手腳無力、肌抽躍（無故驚嚇或突然間全身肌肉收縮）、持續嘔吐與呼吸急促或心跳加快等重症前兆病徵，請盡速送往醫院接受治療。
